The new Discrete Inert Hi-Fi Support Range have been designed to celebrate 26 years of the design and manufacture of award winning Hi-Fi and Audio Visual Furniture in the UK.
We believe the Discrete Inert Hi-Fi support range are the first Hi-Fi support range in the world to be supplied with inert aluminium materials as standard.
Each Isolating Inert shelf includes our world famous constrained layer dampening technology. This prevents a common frequency transmitting through the Inert aluminium sheliving by converting any resonance vibration energy into negligible heat and decrease any acoustic feedback from influencing the performance of your Hi-Fi components.
Over 26 years Custom Design have research and developed their own unique isolating and resonanace absorbing systems. This technology is unique to the Custom Design’s philosophy. The technology and materials provide a perfect solution for resonanace prevention, dampening and absorption.
The Discrete Inert support shelves are manufactured with a 3 to 1 ratio, which we have found to be the most efficient through out the development of this hi-fi support range for resonanace noise absorption.
The patented polymer absorbs resonance noise vibration by converting the energy into negligible heat. The resulting performance from the Inert Aluminium shelves is a more expanded dynamic range, better tonal balance and imaging. Bass performance which has better timing, precision and depth.
